Bangladeshi embassies in several Middle Eastern countries have issued emergency advisories urging expatriates to remain vigilant and take precautionary measures amid escalating regional tensions linked to the ongoing Iran–US–Israel conflict.
The Bangladesh missions in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Iraq and Bahrain have asked nationals to prioritise their safety, avoid unnecessary movement and strictly follow host country regulations as the security situation evolves.
The Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait has urged expatriates to remain on high alert due to the outbreak of war in the surrounding region. In a notice issued on Saturday, the mission advised citizens to exercise special caution and avoid military installations.
Bangladeshis have been requested to stay indoors at their residences or in secure locations and to refrain from going outside unless absolutely necessary. They were also advised to keep essential items ready, including cash, Kuwait Civil ID, health insurance card, necessary medicines, mobile phones and chargers, dry food and drinking water.
The embassy further instructed nationals to comply with Kuwaiti laws and follow all official directives. It also warned against spreading rumours or sharing unverified images and videos on social media.

The Bangladesh Embassy in Abu Dhabi issued a similar emergency notice urging nationals in the UAE to remain vigilant amid the ongoing war situation and regional instability.
Expatriates have been advised to avoid military sites, stay indoors or in safe places, and not gather in open areas unless absolutely necessary. The embassy also asked citizens to keep essential items ready, including cash, Emirates ID, passport, medicines, mobile phones and chargers, as well as sufficient food and water.
Bangladeshis have been urged to strictly adhere to UAE laws and follow government instructions.
