Finance and Planning Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury has been admitted to United Hospital with pneumonia.
According to his personal officer Shahiduzzaman, the minister is currently undergoing treatment at the United Hospital.
His physical condition is now better than before, he added.
