The meeting, held at the Commission office in the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, revisited expert opinions and recommendations previously submitted by political stakeholders and civil society representatives.

The Commission also finalised the agenda for its adjourned meeting with political parties, which is scheduled for Sunday.

NCC Vice-Chairman Professor Ali Riaz chaired the meeting, attended by members Dr Badiul Alam Majumder, Justice Md Emdadul Haque, Dr Iftekharuzzaman, and Dr Md Ayub Mia.

Monir Haider, special assistant to the Chief Adviser involved in the consensus-building process, was also present.
