JaPa office vandalized and set on fire again

The Jatiya Party central office was once again attacked, vandalised and set fire on Friday evening in Kakrail area of the capital.

Gono Odhikara Parishad’s leaders and activists held a solidarity rally in front of the National Museum in Shahbagh on Friday. Following the rally, the participants headed towards their central office in Paltan and it was at this time that the Jatiya Party office was attacked and set on fire.

The incident occurred after their demands included the resignation of Home Affairs Advisor and holding the law enforcement agencies accountable for the attack on Gono Odhikara Parishad President Nurul Haque Nuru.
